IN PRINCIPIO

I've liked the idea of having a blog for a while, but I've never really had anything that needed saying in this format I suppose. But, I wanted to post comments to Buck's blog "URLs Gone Wild," so I had to register. (http://redwoodbark.blogspot.com/ - Check it out.)

I plan to feature my musings on life here, and will very much appreciate any comments, critiques, or other suggestions.

I'll mainly talk about my theories of existence... hence the title...

"Huunh?" you ask... or perhaps "HVVNH?" if you get the reference...

"EGO SVM" is the original 'spelling' of the Latin "ego sum" or the English "I am." We tend to forget that the letter 'u,' and lower case letters in general for that matter, are convenient and somewhat modern innovations. ;-)

Anyway, it's an age-old topic so I'm using a really old title for it. Makes sense to me.
